Flavor Concentrates - are gum/water based, highly concentrated flavors.  Concentrates are made from the finest oils, and impart intense flavors.  They have a consistency similar to icing and cake batter and therefore, do not "water down" a mixture.  Most concentrates also add color to the finished product.  They are excellent for use in dough, batter, fillings, icing, ice cream bases, and fountain drinks.  MODERATE PRICE PER USAGE LEVEL

Flavor Emulsions - are similar to concentrates.  They are gum/water based and contain identical ingredients as found in concentrates.  They convey a milder flavor to the finished product.  Most emulsions also add color to the finished product.  Emulsions are utilized in dough, batter, fillings, icing, ice cream bases, and fountain drinks.  ECONOMICAL PRICE PER USAGE LEVEL

Flavor Extracts - are specifically developed for icings or finished products which do not require baking.  MODERATE-PREMIUM PRICE PER USAGE

Special Purpose Flavors - are a unique group of flavors which serve a particular need for the ice cream and baking industry.  MODERATE-PREMIUM 

Pure Vanilla Extract - is made from the finest vanilla beans.  Pure Vanilla Extracts are utilized in dough, batter, fillings, icing, and Category I ice cream bases.  PREMIUM PRICE

Vanilla Blends - combine pure vanilla extract with high quality vanilla flavors to deliver an excellent flavor and aroma at a reasonable price.  Vanilla blends can be used in all products where vanilla is called for.  MODERATE-PREMIUM PRICE DEPENDANT ON PURE EXTRACT %

Imitation Vanillas - are manufactured with and without color and can be used in a variety of applications: dough, batter, fillings, icings, Category III ice cream bases, fountain syrups.  ECONOMICAL PRICE
